The practical things worth knowing before you come.
We are a tour operator, not an immigration adviser. We will never quote you a fee or promise an outcome, because we are not in a position to guarantee either. Always confirm with the official portal or your nearest Ugandan mission.
Uganda's official immigration portal ↗We describe terrain and hours rather than giving a star rating, because “moderate” means very different things to different people. Every experience page carries the full detail.
Mostly vehicle-based or short, flat walking. Suitable for most people.
Some walking on uneven ground, usually one to three hours.
Sustained walking on steep or difficult terrain, often several hours.
Long days, significant altitude or multi-day trekking. Real fitness needed.
If something looks beyond you, say so. We can almost always adjust a trip, and we would far rather do that than have you discover it at the trailhead with a non-refundable permit in hand.
Written from what actually catches people out here, not a generic safari list.

Health
Speak to a travel clinic well before you fly. Some vaccinations need weeks to take effect.

Something here a concern?
Fitness, mobility, a health condition, or a tight visa timeline. Tell us early and we will design around it. It is much easier before a trip is booked than during one.
