👥 Group Trip Terms

What your booking confirmation specifies

• •Departure and return dates.
• •Maximum group size and the minimum number required for the departure to run.
• •Price per traveller, deposit and final payment date.
• •Included and excluded services.
• •The cancellation conditions applicable to that departure.

Minimum numbers

Scheduled departures require a minimum number of travellers to operate. Until that minimum is reached, a departure is open for reservations but not guaranteed, and we will always tell you honestly which state a departure is in before you commit anything.

If the minimum is not reached, we may offer an alternative departure, a revised itinerary or price, another travel arrangement, or cancel the departure and provide the applicable refund under your booking terms.

Spaces and inventory

Space counts shown on this website reflect actual booking inventory, not marketing urgency. A space is reserved only once your booking is confirmed.

Rooming

Group prices are normally based on two travellers sharing. Travelling solo may involve a single supplement, which will be stated in your quotation rather than added later.

Travelling with others

Group journeys involve shared vehicles, shared timings and shared decisions. We keep groups small for exactly that reason. Travellers are expected to be considerate of the group and to follow the guide's reasonable instructions on timings and safety.
